Shipping Duration

After processing, your order should arrive within 2-5 working days. We strive to ensure that your items are delivered within this timeframe.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

  • Standard Shipping (under 12 kg): 35 MAD
  • Heavy Parcel Shipping (12–19.99 kg): 35 MAD
  • Very Heavy Parcel Shipping (20–31.99 kg): 55 MAD
  • Extra Heavy Parcel Shipping (32 kg and above): 75 MAD
    
    

  Free Shipping: Orders of 400 MAD or more qualify for free shipping when the total order weight is under 12 kg. Heavy parcel shipping fees continue to apply to orders weighing 12 kg or more, regardless of the order value.

  The applicable shipping fee is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of the order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, complete with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the journey of your package and know exactly when to expect it.

Address Accuracy

It’s crucial that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses if they were provided at the time of order.
